  1. Congrats on your weight loss. That is a huge accomplishment. Any tips? Were you able to get in all of your Protein and Water in every day? How much did you exercise a week?

    Energy ..

I have this same problem. I just had a doctor's appointment last week and he said I have no energy because I'm not eating/getting in enough calories. He told me to up my calories to at least 800 a day, which is really hard at this point. By the way, I'm 5 weeks out. Hope this helps.

4.5 months out and down 107 pounds!

Wow, you've made great progress! Jessica, how much water are you getting in daily and when did your hair begin shedding? I'm almost 4 weeks out and would love to have the type of success that you're having in the same amount of time. Congrats!!!

    Sleeve holds too much food

Thanks "Angelamarie79" for starting this post and the others who have responded. I was sleeved on 1/18/13 and was feeling the same way as Angela. I was always hungry. I'm only eating about 1/4 cup (2 oz) of food at each sitting, but sometimes I feel like it isn't enough and I want more. I don't have more, but I want it. It was making me feel like I don't have that restriction that everyone else seems to have. I've asked my sister several times "are you sure the doctor cut my stomach?" Lol. She saw the pictures after my surgery. The responses to this post have made me feel SO much better. This has been the best post I've read so far.

    January Newbies ! Progress ?

Hi everyone! This is my very 1st post. Yay! I was sleeved January 18th and I'm down 33 pounds total including pre and post op weightloss. I'm excited about my new life. During my time off from work, I have realized that most of the commercials on tv are all about food. Lol. This 1st week has been very difficult, but I'm trying to make the best of it. I wish everyone luck on their journey.
