First stall

So I have been totally expecting my first stall and I think it is finally here. Was just wondering if anyone could tell me how long their stalls lasted and if they did anything to kick yourself out of it? Thanks!

Mine was at 3 weeks post op and lasted like a week. I also had my period so I don't know if that factored into it. But I lost 10 pounds.

Tomorrow will be 5 weeks post op for me. I am in the middle of a stall... :/ I'm not beating myself up just a lil disappointed. I started my period this week some I'm hoping that's it. And I can shake this next week!

Good luck
