First stall
So I have been totally expecting my first stall and I think it is finally here. Was just wondering if anyone could tell me how long their stalls lasted and if they did anything to kick yourself out of it? Thanks!

Any one who has NOT lost hair?
I am very nervous of this as well as I have really thin hair and a bald spot already from when I was a kid. I started taking biotin before surgery and continue with that as well as silica and just recently started to use nioxin hair products. Was sleeved a few weeks ago and know its early but gonna try my best to minimize the hair loss before it starts, but I have to accept its the price I may have to pay in exchange for the weight loss. Fingers crossed for everybody as I find this almost the scariest part of having the surgery.

Pre Surgery tests
I would say after a week you would probably be good! I personally got my energy back and felt way better after a week and I was able to go clear fluids to full fluids.

Calories or protein...one or the other...
For protein intake I am mixing the nectar fuzzy navel flavour with a ready to go protein drink like isopure (couldn't find the isopure here) it watermelon flavoured and has 42g of protein it. So I mix a scoop of the peach nectar which is 23g and half a otter of the watermelon so half is like 21g of protein. Been mixing it then adding a lite bit f water and ice and it literally tastes like Tang!

Pre Surgery tests
Think it would be ok, haha! Oops missed that party. Just remember everyone heals differently so maybe be prepared to take more time off if it is needed. Good luck with everything!

Pre Surgery tests
I am only about 2 1/2 weeks out but the only tests I had were a blood test and an EKG. That's it but I think it depends on the doctor. As for going back to work I think it would depend what time of work you are doing. I would definitely be avoiding heavy lifting etc.
