So yes, newbie here! Had surgery on the 11th. Feeling pretty good. Better and better every day. Water and protein intake could be better but I'm getting there. Never imagined ingesting anything over 4 oz could be such a struggle!

Every day is exciting knowing that my body is changing and I'm becoming a healthier me! Can't wait to see that scale move!

You guys have helped me out soo much!! I appreciate all the tips and encouragements!! Hugs and kisses for all !!
