Happiness is...

...an adult sized bowel movement. Seriously. That can not be overrated, especially if one was hyper-regular in that department as I was pre-op. Can I get an amen? :)

    My point is this - - don't worry. Some bloating, some less than satisfactory bathroom time? No big deal if it means we're going to have a long life, feel better and look better!

    Watching the scale numbers going down! Giving away a complete wardrobe of clothes because your clothes are falling off.... Its best decision I have ever made...
