    I was sleeved on December 11th. My surgery weight was 325 and as of this morning I am at 268 pounds. A total of 57 pounds. I have been using my treadmill and doing water zumba and aerobics. I have only lost a couple of pounds over the last two weeks so will probably have to add some weight training soon. I am very happy with my sleeve and how much better I am feeling.
