My weight loss has creeped over the last few weeks, maybe one or two pounds. Last week my total loss since 12/17 was 33 lbs. Sunday I woke up and had gained two pounds. Monday I lose a pound. The scale is stuck. My dietician decreased the size of my meals and increased the liquid protein two weeks ago because I had issues with incisions not healing.

I was sleeved the same day as you. I too have been on a 3.5 week stall. The scale finally moved yesterday, but it was a small move.

It's frustrating, but I'm going to keep doing what I have been doing, because I know the scale will eventually move.

A NSV is that I lost 16.75 inches so far.

I was sleeved 12/18 and have only lost 25 lbs...it just seems like my body doesn't want to give up the fat. Very frustrating. I've started working out this week and am hoping that jump starts the weight loss.
