Paleness

It's a little over a month out from my surgery, & lately I have been looking very pale. I just started taking vitamins yesterday. I have lost a total of 46 pounds so far.

Maybe u need extra iron

That's a good question... I'm 8 months out and I'm a lot more pale. Hmmm and I frequently have darkness under my eyes and I'm getting sleep.

I hope someone knows the answer to your post because I have wondered about this

Pale skin is one of the symptoms of low iron levels. Here is a link to a website listing the easily recognizable symptoms: http://symptomslowiron.com/

Low iron. Check your gums and inner eyelids. If they are not pink you need to been seen.

Iron deficiency also causes hair loss. If you take iron try to get the liquid kind, pair it with vit C, in small amounts and with a meal. If you take calcuim, take it on the opposite end of the day, way far away from iron. Otherwise you'll get the worst constipation you've ever had!

EDIT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_deficiency

I just read the symptoms and holy crap, I didn't realise restless leg syndrom was associated with iron deficiency. How many threads have i read with people waking up throughout the night and can't sleep due to restlessness?
