My doc said crystal light was fine... Total liquid 64 oz per day.

I also do Crystal Lite

Whatever helps you get it in, decaf tea/coffee, water, crystal lite, etc...

Pretty much anything without calories is good, you probably also want to watch out for carbs, some drinks will have more then you think. But crystal light and MIO are both really good ways to add flavor without anything else.

I drink Propel Zero - that's the only thing I can get down.

I was told my my nut that crystal light is ok. But...finding that it is starting to taste too sweet!

Sweet is getting old! I'm having the broth from chicken soup now... Much better.
