I'm waiting when I call insurance they tell the sleeve is. Covered and give me there name and the time I called and say it keep the info....then when the doctors office calls they say it not covered ...the doctors office says they can send it in if I ok it but if I get denied it will not be easy or fun to get it approved.. so now I don't know what to do.all of my test and appointments are already done.... Help What Should I Do ???????

Definitely send it in! The "what if" factor will drive you crazy if you don't. My first go about with all this, I was denied. Now here i am again, waiting to see if I'm approved. I want it bad enough that I will wait it out and jump through all the hoops! Good luck to you!! :)

  • 2 weeks later...

Diva, sorry took so long to get back to you. The first two weeks was rough, I was back in the hospital a week after surgery for dehydration. But I'm 2 weeks out and feel more like myself, pain free and down 25 pounds. What I can say about surgery is there is no pain as far as the incisions go, but the one thing I couldn't deal wit is the GAS. GAS FROM HELL!!!!! You can feel it moving but it wouldn't come out. They tell you to walk but your so weak and tired, but I'm glad I did it. When is your surgery?
