Ahem*** plz excuse my inebriated texts. It was half a glass of moscato...so much damage.,. Better u guys then my ex husband

I have 3 1/2 oz of Laura's 97% lean beef, low fat cheese and sometimes the bottom of the bun made at home @ 6 months out. According to myfitnesspal I am starving and will be 116 pounds in 5 weeks according to my eating habits. That lying b***h. I say we blame her.

In all seriousness, I am careful about what I eat, track it, but don't completely obsess. If I want a burger, I will make my own. Life is about choices. I choose to live a little, but make the best choices for ME. Most of the time I like being smaller (and soooo much healthier) more than I like ice cream or pasta. Some days, not so much. Those are the days I go for a weight watchers ice cream or a <insert weight watchers, lean cuisine or whatever> and only eat enough to feed my craving, them move on. They cut out part of my stomach, not my brain, and I am still human.

Different strokes for different folks. Life is short people, can't we all get along?

Butt leaks!!!!! Hahaha!!!!

Everyone has had a little bit too much kava kava on this thread.... ;) share with those on the " lighten up thread" because it is downright too serious over there!

I'd like to thank everybody who grabbed the wheel on this thread and put it a different road than where it was.

I was high off my Gatorade. That's the only explanation I have and am sticking to it.

Before yall had surgery did you do a binge??

No because that would make living with the surgery harder. I didn't want to sabotage my outcome. Not saying you are but it'll make it harder.

Yeah. I agree. You are right!

I didnt really mean binge...more like a last fav. Meal??!

What the what?? I'm still here ??? I woke up this morning with a headache ( thanks guys for the contact high, that's my story and I'm sticking to it) and thought for sure I'd be banned !! :)
