Anyone wanting to do the disney princess marathon next year email me ashleylenday@yahoo.com or add me on fb ashley day peacock. I will set it up for us!

Its at disneyworld in orlando, they just had it last weekend so we have a whole year to prepare :)

I want to say good luck to all of you March 1 sleevers. I will be praying for all of you. I will be praying for the physicians steady hands and for speedy recoveries. I hope to see posts from all of you tomorrow or the next day. March 6th wont be soon enough for me. Im sick of this liquid diet.

I'm march 6 too. I ready to be done with the liquid diet. I'm also super sick still so I'm ready to be better!!

My surg date was just scheduled for March 13. I was previously scheduled for Feb 20 and then 27, but I came down with an upper respiratory bug that everybody seems to have. I just couldn't get rid of the congestion and cough. I had already gone through the pre-op diet starting 2+ weeks ago and now I have to stay on it through March 9, then 3 days on a clear liquid diet just before surgery date. I lost 11 lbs. in the 2 weeks I have been on the pre-op diet and that is very encouraging. I am hoping to get down to 160-170 from my current 265 (which was 276).

I'm march 20! Good luck everyone! Please post how you are doing!!! Yay!

I am having mine done on the 20th too.

I was scheduled for surgery today but they canceled it last week because I'm severely anemic. Such a bummer but probably for the best. I have to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy before they reschedule surgery date.

My surgeon does not require a pre-op diet but there is a very strict 6 week post surgery diet. They say being compliant is extremely important for proper healing. Good luck everyone!

Good luck to everyone going in tomorrow!!! I'm rooting for all of you!!! I go March 6!!! Just had my final dinner...nice outback steak! Prayers for everyone!

My surgery is March 11th. I had my EGD today. I am starting my 4th week of Optifast 800, I am down 9 pound and 2 more to meet goal!

Happy New Year's Eve! Or should I say, happy new yous eve! My thoughts will be with all of you march 1st sleevers. Please write when you can.

For those Disney marathon folks. I live in Florida and wh I've I have never dreamed of running in it, I would love to go to cheer you on!

03.19.2013. Approved in less than 2 hours. Its been a long journey. I was approved at another hospital in Dec. And was supposed to meet the surgeon on Jan 30 to schedule surgery date and in Jan 17th I got a call saying they will no longer take my insurance. (After a year and 2 months with this process) Thank God I had seen my current surgeon as a back up. This is so surreal. Yaaa! Too many feelings: anxious scared happy etc etc
