When you put the riced cauliflower in the microwave to cook you don't need to add any water, it has enough moisture in it to cook fine. This might have been why one poster had mashed consistency instead of riced.

I made this last night but put in almond flour (ground up almonds) so it was thicker and tasted more like bread. It was very filling. I could only eat 2 small slices.

Making it again for my parents and great aunt to try since my son has been begging for it! :) he calls it our healthy pizza. He likes it more than frozen store bought pizza
