My op is on Sat and I'm starving too !!! Protein shakes help a lot ! Tomorrow for me is just Clear liquids ! Today I ate a chicken salad now I'm scared !

I've been doing 4 shakes a day plus any raw veggies i find.. I guess the beginning is the hardest.. it should get easier and my stomach shrinks! Good luck on Saturday!!

My surgery is on the 7th and this liquid diet is killing me right now... All I've been having is broth and protein shakes... And sugar free jello... I'm trying just to stay busy and not think too much about it...

Going to Dr. Ortiz in Mexico. He placed my lap band in 2004, so I've been through all this with him before. How about you?
