Almost out of the 200's!

I am 4 pounds away from getting out of the dreaded 200's. I can't wait. Sleeved on 9/17 at 267 & now at 203. So thrilled. I really want to see the number 199 so badly! I wish I did this ( or even knew about this kind of surgery) years ago. Just felt like sharing.

Congrats! I was sleeved on 12/19 and I hope I can lose 60 lbs. in 3 months to....we're about the same starting weight. Got any tips?

I left on vacations week ago at 204' by the time I get home I'm praying too a 1 in that first digit,

CONGRATULATIONS!! As for me, I can't wait to get INTO the 200's :)

Getting into the 200's was the highlight of my day last week! I am so grateful for this sleeve!

I was the exact same starting weight as you. Sleeves 8/6/12. I hit 199 on Dec. 26th! My goal was Christmas.....one day off still counts for me! I hovered at 202 in a stall for 10 days, it was mentally excruciating!! Then I hate pretty badly on Christmas Eve and Day and boom... Down I went in the scale! Every time I'm in a stall, I up my calories for a couple days and the stall breaks. Everyone might not agree with that, but I discovered it on accident the first time and it continues to work for me. Now I'll drop about 10 lbs. in 2 weeks and stall for a bit again. It's been that way the whole time. Once you hit "Onederland". You'll feel like a different person and be even more motivated! Good luck and hang in there!! Let us know when you reach Onederland!!

Yes! That's exactly what I do. Up the calories for a bit and the weight comes off. I really don't have any tips because I feel like you really can't help but succeed ( at least that's my personal feeling on it). A few bites and I'm done! I just make sure that the bites I take are protein based. Thanks guys!

Congratulations!! How exciting I can't wait till that happens for me wow in 3 months that's great!!

Keep up the good work!!
