My surgery is also on Dec 17 and the liquid diet is very hard. I can't wait until I don't feel hungry. Best of luck to everyone being sleeve on this day. I have to be at the hospital at 7:00am

10:15am for me so I'll really be hungry...

My surgery is tomorrow, December 17th, too. I have been on the liquid diet for only 3 days. It seems like other people have been on a pre-op diet longer. Also, I just found this site last night and joined. However, in the app form of the site, I am not sure how to post without quoting someone first. I don't see any simple comment button like on Facebook.

Also, I have four children ages 2 to 10. My ten and eight year olds are really anxious. It's difficult because we wanted them to know that this was serious, but how do you get them to understand that without freaking them out...I don't know. :-(

Do you have a Droid phone? On mine, if you don't want to quote someone, you just hit the menu button on your phone, and it comes up with a few options, one of them is Reply. Hope that helps!
