Stretch...stretch...stretch, I had it. The only thing you to do is to stretch out those calve muscles. Stretch at least 5-6 times a day, when you use stairs, drop your heal down for around 15 seconds

Anyone have this? I have been trying to walk for exercise and its just getting worse.
I've told my rheumatologist about the pain and they just ignore it and act as though its my weight. I've lost 53 lbs and my feet are getting worse not better. I can barely walk in the morning, I have to have my hubby help me to the bathroom. Should I be concerned or just keep trying to walk? What kind if Dr. do I see fir this? Podiatrist or Ortho? I really want to join the gym but I don't want this to discourage me from going.
