Oh my...no clue, not there yet myself. But I am eager to see what others say. Does it come with pain and or sensation ( pardon me...but like the gas we know is there)??

Lol yeah that is totally normal. Your not the first new sleever to make a similar post and won't be the last. Between the swelling, the liquids, the meds and the gas you'll hear some rumbling. It mostly goes away. Though every once in a while my sleeve has something to say. Congratulations on your new sleeve and best of luck!!

I figured it was part of the "process". We all just sit around an laugh at how incredibly loud it actually is. There's no pain at all thank goodness!

Hehe totally true though! I talk right back to it. Makes my husband crack up at me lol!

My husband calls it "chewbacca" because of all the crazy noises. I am 2 months out.

I've got a noisy one too, four months out this weekend:)

mine still does the grumbles and gurgles all the time. it's worse if I eat too fast, too much, or mix solids and liquids.

mine still does it when I eat to fast as well

Three years out and still have grumbles. I appreciate every grumble I hear! When I don't grumble, I worry (had a couple things get stuck)!

I'm just hoping it doesn't do it in a business meeting or during the quiet part of a movie...scary! LOL

I actually have a fair amount of anxiety eating in public settings because of this. You really can't control when or where or how loud your tummy decides to gurgle. It's really embarrassing.

That's my fear too...yikes...could be worse though I guess. I love the one "chewbaca"....great stuff!

Yeah mine had a lot to say during class last night while other people were reading their stories out loud in my creative writing class...I was embarrassed but tried to tell myself I need to get used to it because there is nothing I can do. One classmate even made a comment about it lol
