I called to check on my submission yesterday, & she said it is pending but in good order & to expect an answer by end of next week!! She also leaked my surgery date to me....DEC 26th!!!

(idky my surg office didn't tell me before, but omg anyway!)

When was your submitted? Mine was submitted on Wednesday of last week and was hoping to hear something already but I guess it will be next week.

They submitted 1st thing Thursday morning (15th) & I called member services to ask yesterday afternoon (21st). It was still pending, granted, but she was able to tell me that nothing was missing, etc.
