I am so sorry, I still cannot figure out how to respond personally to posts. I will be praying for you and thinking of you tomorrow. I believe that for me this procedure is a gift. Today I feel ok... At peace Yesterday I did cry privately in my bathroom- Didn't want my kids or hubby to know.

Oh well... I am getting ready now for my 2 hr drive to the hospital... I have a later surgery time 2:15...

Prayers going up for your successful surgery and healthy future:)

Surgery went Great- Thank God!

It was yesterday at 2:15pm and lasted approx 2 hrs.

Yesterday was tuff very on me... I was in a lot of pain and felt nauseous. I slept a lot and walked in the evening. Yesterday I could not have food or Water...

But today they are giving me ice chips... water and a little serving of Protein shake. My serving sizes are smaller than a shot glass - 1 every 15 mins.

My pain is much better today... and I have walked a few times. Warm plastic heating bags have been given to me to place on my tummy and a cold one for the back of my neck- And they help!

I was told that if I tolerate my fluids well I will be discharged this p.m.
