      It really does get better! My husband had his surgery 2 weeks before me and its like we are both different people in the bed now! Can't wait till we lose more weight to see how much more fun we have

    Yep, the mechanics sure are a lot better. Gets better as the testosterone increases as body mass drops too - for the guys anyhoo, well and THEIR mates.
