I live close to Vegas..sort of..where did you get sleeved..I'm going to blossom batriatrics? Heard of them?!!...

I live in Henderson. I didn't go through any Vegas surgeons. I was self-pay since my insurance doesn't cover WLS. I went to Mexico with Dr Aceves. He was cheaper and has much more experience than any Vegas surgeons. And I wanted the three-night stay in the hospital. I hear Blossom is out-patient.

Hello I live in Las Vegas an I went through Bloosom Bariatrics an Dr. Umbach was great. It is an outpatient surgery but due to the Anesthesia my body reacted which it always do to the anesthesia I stayed for 3 days in the hospital. But he gives his patients a medicine ball to go home with so there won't be any pain.

I am using him too...I am requesting to stay over night..everyone here HAD to stay at hospital..it makes me nervous he doesn't..I wonder why not?

That could be a GOOD time! :-)

2013. It'd be fun for some of us to get together & share stories and meet other people who have had the surgery.

The top sentence was cut off! Weird. Anyway, I am making plans to go to Vegas the last week of February 2013. .

I have no idea why neither maybe because he does send you home with a medicine ball for pain. But it was shocking to me to here a surgery such as this is an outpatient surgery. But I really had no pain.

Yes, count me in!
