When I started dropping I had the worst attack of my life. But I took some uric acid cleanse and once it was over me feet have felt better than they have in years.

If it were gout it wouldn't be just at night. When I had my gout attack my feet swelled up so bad I couldn't walk for almost 2 weeks.

Gout is a build up of uric acid that crystallizes in the joints, most often the big toe. It is excruciating

I'm betting the later. My feet get sore at the end of the day now. I actually enjoy that pain, it reminds me that I'm walking more now than I have in a long time.

I imagine my entire lower body will get together and throw me a "Thank you" party! There'll be flowers, balloons, great music...and the protein drinks will flow! LOL

OTR where did you get the cleanse from. I have gout , 4wks out from surgery and ave had 2 flare ups.

Mine will still be unhappy with me as I'm going go strap them in heels as soon as I can see them.
