Saying Goodbye To This Forum...

Hi everyone, I was hoping to have the vertical sleeve surgery but I met with the surgeon today and he said that because I have GERD that affects my vocal chords I will not be able to have that surgery. As a result, I am having the RNY bypass surgery in January or February. I will be going over to the bypass forums now so I won't be on here after today. I wanted to thank all of you for the great info and support. Good luck to all of you.

    Best of luck to you ! I have friends that had RNY and you lose fast but you have to keep up with vitamins for all of your life. You will do great!
