Got Dehydrated Tonight

did not drink enough today... ran a 5k this afternoon in just under 40 minutes... but did not drink....

trying to catch up right now - have a horrible headache... any ideas? :wacko:

The sugar free G2 with all the electrolytes might help. I have always heard that coconut water helps for rapid hydration. Hope you feel better soon.

We used Pedialite in my wrestling days to rehydrate after cutting weight.

Pedialite is the best for re-hydrating yourself. If you are going to drink G2 add a teaspoon of salt to it to help you hold on to the water.

Yes, try G2 gatoraid mixed in with your water. It is lower in sugar and really helped me alot. I never drank just plain water. Good Luck! :)
