Holy crap first vacation after being sleeved 6 months ago. As you can tell from the title of this post, it was a little more challenging that I thought it would be. I gained 4 pounds, ate so much I am worried I stretched my sleeve. New Orleans had so many delicious foods and I had terrible will power. I was shocked, I thought my little tool would win but instead my freaking head did. Now it is going to take me a few weeks to undue what I did in 5 freaking days.
