So I had my surgery on September 10th. I gained 7 pounds during surgery and it took me a week to get it off. I then proceeded to lose another 14 pounds over the next two weeks. This brought my total pre and post to 30 pounds, so at this point I am very happy! So then my weight loss starts to slow down, no big deal right, I have read alot about stalls so I am prepared. So I start into a stall but then the unbelievable happens, I START TO GAIN WEIGHT, I am doing everything the same food, exercise, water I have just started into soft foods. As you can imagine I am dumbfounded. The only thing I can think is I have started back on BC pills. Has anyone experienced this? I know, I know the weight will come off but I feel so defeated already. Can anyone help me through this?
