I have not had Starbucks in 3 months. I gave that up when I decided to get my sleeve.

I am also a slow loser and a lover of coffee. Check out drinkclick.com. It's a protein drink mix with espresso. It's awesome mixed with water and ice in the blender. Better than Starbucks Frappacc

Yep I'm a slow loser but I was told going into this that I would be. Knowing that does not make it any better. Why am I a slow loser well I was not a big eater I was more of a food forgetter. I'd skip food time maybe eat dinner or eat bad fast food dinner and that would be all I had for the day. Holding a strong 580$ a month Starbucks habit. Very little to no exercise. So I lost 10lb on my 2 week perop diet. Here I am 2 weeks after my sleev I am only down 8lb
I was wishing for more. I am getting my fluid and protein in walking 5 miles a day. My body measurements have not changed. So yeah slow sucks but it's something I knew going in but still makes me sad frustrated and pissed off
. Ty for letting me vent hugz
