Help! Lactose Issues!

Ok so I've been cleared for full liquids which means adding creamy soups and drinkable yogurt! Had a yogurt today and my stomach did not like it at all!!! Most creamy soups have milk, and I've tried soy milk and its not a lot better!! Any suggestions??

How do you get your probiotics?

Have you tried the Almond Milk? That might help, and probiotics are over the counter ;)

When you make potato soup and a lot of other creamy soups you use milk. Also it adds protein.
