I would like to know this as well good post. :)

I am sitting here just home from the hospital. I asked my surgeon about juicing and he said it was absolutely fine. I have some pear juice popscicles in the freezer waiting for me. I will definetely begin juicing soon.

I would like to start juicing too as it will be a good way to get in our veggies. Be careful of fruit juices though as they are very high in sugar. You have reminded me I need to get out my juicer!!
