I hate to say what you already have heard 500 times but walk, walk, walk. I found myself walking at all hours to relieve the gas-y pain in my stomach. Good luck and congrats!

I had the same thing I was carrying around a puke bucket my entire hospital stay. because every time I sat up or walked it felt like I was going to throw up but all that came out was burps. Walking helps and so does Gas-X extra strength thin strips peppermint. I had my husband run out and buy them for me because my hospital didn't give me anything for gas.

That is exactly what my doctor said!!! That my nausea was caused by me talking. Now I thought he was coooky because I am in a third world country and they have myths and wives tales but maybe he was right.

Funny. Wen I told my nurse that's what I Thot it was she said she never heard of that! Well I think that's what it was and in sticking to it!
