Follow Up For Sept 12Th Sleevers!

Hello fellow 12th sleevers, I was wondering how everyone progress has been going. For me I dont know. I am just not eating. I can drink alittle more but cant do the protein shakes or get anything else in. I'm living off of sf fudge pops and liquids. How are you guys doing?

I was sleeved on Sept. 13th and of course I am still on liquids but I have my 3 meals per day no problem. Runny oatmeal for breakfast, High Protien Boost (I hate protien powder also) and soup for lunch and supper and jello or sugar free popsickles for snacks. I am tolerating everything so far and can't wait to try pureed foods on Thursday...start of week 3. I do find it hard to get my 8 glasses of water in a day though because you can't drink 15 minutes before you eat or 45 minutes after you eat so it doesn't give you took much time in between to drink. I hope you start wanting to eat soon.

I had my sleeve on the tenth. I can't manage to meet my protein or water goals either. I'm relentlessly nauseous this week and sooooo sick of protein powder. I just try to keep plugging at it and telling myself that maybe tomorrow will be better

I had surgery on the. 10th. I find it difficult to get un all my protein and fluids. I do add unflavored protein to my soup. Ready to move onto purée foods :)

That's a good idea. I tried vanilla flavored Unjury powder in oatmeal this morning. It was really good.

I don't have any unflavored protein but ill try to pick up some tomorrow. Maybe I can add it to beef broth and trick my brain into thinking its roast.

Same problem... cannot do the whey protein so I started full liquids a few days early and started on cream of chicken soup just to get some substance... Still no energy but not hurting... lots of water and popsicles... Nutritionist appt tomorrow morning... we will see..
