LOL! Ok! Good, you are enthused!! Do you buy anything there that you would recommend post-sleeve? Any prepared meals? Protein shakes? Anything I should stay away from?

Thank you!

I love Whole Foods. I go there for the free range chicken and beef. The increased price for animal cruelty free products is worth it.

I love whole foods. I recently discovered some little pita breads that are only 60 calories and have 4g of protein, I cut them open and stuff them. They're even better toasted. I love their blackend chicken from the deli, it's high calorie but I don't need much and in a toasted pita can't go wrong. They do have protein drinks however many of them are way too high in carbs/sugars. I love their sandwich meat, it's really fresh, I only get about 1/4 lb at a time as a lot of their foods don't hold for to long, due to the lack of preservatives. They also have an excellent selection on hummus.

I love the hummus and and pear butter. It is so good in cottage cheese
