I had the same problem. I switched shakes. Was using the Premier Shakes. They seemed too heavy. I switched to Lean shake from GNC. Big difference.

Good luck !

Please try Oh Yeah shakes. I get them from Vitamin Shoppe. They are so delicious...like a milkshake and have 32 grams of protein and only 3 sugar (3 fiber).

So when you were consuming the yogurt and soup did you add protein? I am not getting all of my protein in and anything that I consume has to have protein in it or it is a waste to full my tummy on that.
