I Just Had My Surgery

Hi I'm Kesell I'm 22 and I just had my surgery 3 days ago and it seems to get easier to cope with day by day any tips on how to deal with the first months diet

In the beginning while on liquids and the purees you will not feel as full or as some say *restricted* but you will feel this when you begin soft foods.

Do remember to eat Sooo slow and to use a tiny spoon.
