Got my surgery time for Tuesday! I have to be there at 5:30, surgery is at 7:30! I'm at Forest Park in Dallas with Dr. Kim. Excited!

I have to be at Forest Park by 6:30 am for prep on 9/4. I'm really nervous, excited and scared all at the same time. They did not give me a specific surgery time but based on the time it took for my EGD last week it will probably be a couple hours or so after the time I'm supposed to be there. I hope it's not a long time after my prep the waiting is awful and creates a lot of anxiety for me. I wish all of us the best for surgery and much success on this new journey in our lives.

Just curious how young the two people having surgery at Forest Park are?? I'm 31! I will be with my husband & my FIL is coming. My mom is keeping our daughter, so most likely she won't be able to come!

I told my husband I will probably be 8:30 also. Yes we will have to find each other and walk the halls to a fast recovery and kickoff to our Excercise routine. I'm a bit older at 48. My husband will be there also. What does FIL mean?

Mine is thursday 930 Baylor Frisco- Dr. Hamn. I know all will go great for all of us-- everyone keep posting as you can-- amazing we are all grouped close and some close proximity. im scared excited!
