Hello 10 Weeks Out 1St Stall

Hello Everyone,

I 'm in need of advice 10 weeks out 48lbs down. Going on 3 weeks stall! Please help. I am still doing one protein shake per day 700-1000 cal. per day. But exercise is very limited. HELP PLEASE!

the stalls are going to happen no matter what. it is hard to deal with when you are in them, but they are common, and does not mean you are not going to lose again. your body needs time to adjust to everything. you will be fine, just put the scale away for a while and start measuring yourself with the tape instead. you will make it through! ((hugs))

I agree completely with Sassy. Stalls are going to happen. Keep getting in your protein, and fluids. Try upping your exercise, and get out the tape measure. I've found, on the weeks when I didnt lose much, I've dropped inches.
