hi all just wanted to share that i LOVE drinking Protein shakes from Muscle Milk. They are delish!!!
if anyone is stuck and doesnt know what brand to try..i def recommend!
i just bought Muscle Milk Light: Cookies N Cream flavor..OMG! if u have ever had a jack in the box oreo cookie shake...it tastes just like it. i drink one scoop with 8 oz of 2% milk. n im good for the morning!
