Embarassing Question- When Do I Go #2 Again?!

Omg, so embarassing, but I haven't had a bowel movement since Aug1 (my surgery date). Mind u, & not to be gross, but that bowel movement lasted 20hrs! & all I've had to eat is liquids since. But when do I start to get nervous? Is this normal? Or should I do something about it? I'm not even taking iron yet, cuz I knew I might be sensitive. & there is fiber in some I'd my shakes..

It took me about 6-7 days for the first one... Then another 5-6 days for the second one. Both were pretty much what I imagine child birth is like. Then I had diarrhea... I was so excited about that I forgot to call my doctor for a couple of days. I'm 3 weeks today and wondering what kind of surprise my bowels are brewing for me. :)
