Hi! I would try chicken (thighs or breast - just make sure to dip the breast in something to moisten it up a bit), salmon (and other fish), shrimp and lean ground turkey.

Chicken or a roast in a slow cooker? Makes the meat so moist and easy to chew! That is going to me in a week also....I'm really not "craving" anything either...potroast sounds good to me though..yumm

My first meal was ground turkey with burilla pasta I measure it in a 1/2 cup the turkey had protien and so did the pasta which was a good in take. good luck Remember protien first at all times.

Ok, friends I just got the great news that I'm cleared to start eating "real food" again! Yay, yay, yay! *happy dance* But, I have no idea what I want to eat or where to start with. I know I want to ease into eating things just as I have through this whole process, but I'm not sure where to begin, and its a week until I get to see my NUT. I really don't have a craving for anything particular, and I want to hang on to that feeling as I start eating healthy solid food again. But, whats a good first meal?
I've been eating cheeses, and egg salad, Peanut Butter and other soft foods for a bit now, so I'm past that place.
Suggestions! And one more time, yay!
