I would like to know as well. Since I started exercising last month, I have small bruises everywhere also.

I am not a Dr, but I think it maybe from the blood thinner injections.

If your surgery was 3 months ago, and you haven't been self injecting yourself with blood thinners, they should be out of your system. Maybe you are anemic? Do you take iron?

I'm not a doctor, but I'd venture to guess it is most likely your iron level. Blood thinners given 3 months ago shouldn't be affecting you now for as little time as you had them. If you start iron and don't see an improvement you should probably see your doctor.
