I'm here till 530. Since this is my last night I'm going fishing with my brother in law as soon as I get off. I don't like to sleep the day away on my days off.

    Hi. I am a night shift peep. Have been for at least 25 years. I am an RN in an inner city ED. Happen to be on vacation and cannot fall asleep yet. So busy at work lately don't have time for online till I get home. How do you handle eating during your shift? Wake up much on your night off? Any issues with leg cramps? Still can't figure out how to post a tracker or respond on my smartphone so it doesn't post to all my friends.
