Hello there

Hi my name is Misty. I will be having my lap band done on 09/21/06 and im so nervous. I figured this would be a good place to meet a few people that are in or have been in my shoes.:(

Hi Misty. Welcome to LBT and congratulations on your decision to get the lapband. I'm personally just starting my journey (researching insurance & such), but my wife had the surgery in May. She is doing terrific and would do it again in a heartbeat. I wish you the very best!!

Congratulations Misty. My name is Sue and I am being banded on September 19th. Hope everything goes good for you. I am excited and waiting for the 19th.
