The Spider method goes in through your belly button... I had my surgery in Mexico with Dr. Ortiz and I have 3 TINY incisions that are hardly noticeable..... he used surgi-glue and I was completely healed within about 8-9 days.

My doctor here in Houston does spider procedure...dont know how much though...

Is it basically the sleeve? Just done a different way?

It's the same operation. They just use a multi-functional tool that enables them to go in with just a single incision. (Maybe two -- one for the camera?)
