    Water Aerobics

Hi Kathy! Happy Tuesday! Is it Friday yet?! I LOVE water aerobics. I have been taking two hour water aerobic classes, twice a week in the evenings for about a couple of years now. BTW, 81 degrees!! GET out! That would be like a cold front for us here! LOL!! It was 108 here in Texas yesterday, even hotter today, up to 115 with heat index! Wake me up when it is October!! Have a FABULOUS day! Hope you enjoy water aerobics!!

  9. Hi! Anyone use Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas, Health Select to cover the cost of their surgery? I am on my husband's insurance plan and need to know if it will cover the cost of me having this surgery. If it doesn't cover the cost, I will have to be a self-pay. I'm a newbie in North East Texas just starting the process. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Zumba Anyone? Is This A Good Work-Out?

Zumba is an aerobic dance program, set to fast-tempo Latin music. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, Bollywood, and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. It's FUN!
