O I had a dr appointment yesterday, don't have a surgery date but I know it is getting close. She told me to start drinking 2 protein shakes a day and watch my carbs. It's feeling more real everyday!! Excited, nervous, BUT TIRED OF BEING FAT!!!!

It got real for me when the hosptial called to tell me to be there by 5:30am....after that call I had problems sleeping...just nerves, its normal...

Continue on your pre-op diet and focus on getting better soon...
