I Need Encouragement... Stall..

I was sleeved April 10. I was rockin on the weight loss (69 lbs so far!) until about 3 weeks ago. Now my scale won't budge. I am stuck. It is getting so frustrating. I am getting all my Protein, staying around 800 calories per day (never above 950) and exercising (elliptical and walking).

Am I done? I still have a long way to go (at least 60 lbs left). I need some encouraging..

Stalling is normal.. how is your carb count? I was stalled for about 6 weeks or so just recently. My nut told me to reduce my carbs to 30 or less and it broke! I lost 2 pounds over the weekend!

you are definitely not done! i also had a stall about 3 months out that lasted a few weeks before the weight started to slip off again. it sounds like you are doing exactly what you need to be doing! The best advice I got was to pump up my weights and mix up my cardio routine. that helped me a lot! And congrats on the awesome weight loss so far, don't be discouraged we ALL go through it and think it is the end of our weight loss, and it never is! :)

This is common. We all go through this process. Have you taken measurements of your body yet. If not, take a measuring tape and measure you neck, arms breast, waist, thighs, calves and hips. Then when in a stall, watch the inches just disappear. The scale is really not your friend right now. There are times when you won't lose any weight. I haven't lost much weight in the past few months, but my body is still adjusting in inches. It's kinda cool, but I still want the scale to show a loss. :( Now I am teaching myself to sit back an enjoy the ride. It will kick in and the lbs will start coming off. Stop, relax, and let it happen in your own bodies time frame. Enjoy the ride. Eat healthy and exercise. That is all you can do for now. :)

Thanks everyone.. My carbs are very low - I keep them below 40 for the day. I need to be patient. I know my body is reshaping itself because my clothes keep getting bigger. :)
