Welcome!! :)

I was sleeved May 24th and I am now down to 199 last time I stepped on the scale! It's a journey that takes a lot of hard work, and a choice to use your tool right! And I love my sleeve! You will do great!

And how's it going for you I'm a week older than you?

Greetings new sleevers (like me) I'm ten days out today and truly like so many others post... Everyday is a better day so far... no discomfort when drinking now...I still have not made goal as far as my protein and water intake but that's getting better as well

I went back to work, I'm feeling good and strong... I'm ready for the challenge of another 5 days on liquids ....oh did I mention I do get hungry especially in the late afternoon...

It's going great so far. I haven't been sleeping well, but other than that I can't complain much. I haven't had any issues with my new tummy so far, not in pain, and I start back to work tomorrow. How has it been going for you?
