lunch is 1 cup of chicken broth and sugar free pudding, take my advice make your own. i made mines with chicken breast onion a little seasoning salt, garlic powder and chilli flakes taste so yummy and the left over chickien you can make enchaladas or something for your family instead of throwing it out.

snack another protien shake

dinner chicken broth and sugar free pudding.

in between eat sugar free jello and popsicles and crystal light there are so many flavors. and plenty of water.

hope that helps you.

newgrandma, I am not allowed to eat a lot what you can.

my day today:

Breakfast: cup of water with lemon and cup of Coffee. ( cannot survive without it)

snack: protein shake

Lunch : protein shake and water.

Snack: chicken broth ( cooked myself ) + water

dinner: sugar free jello + water

before bed: water with lemon+ 1 teaspoon honey.

total 70 g protein per day I think.

i am day three of mines the first day i let go and got food out of my system. hang in there stalissa

well i am now on a 2 wk liquid diet.

justine he was not satisfied with the weight loss he wants me to lose more grrrrrrrrrrrr

Sorry- I didn't see this. This thread is getting too big to keep up on. How's the liquid phase going? Just think- in less than two weeks you will be a sleever! I don't have to do liquid until 48 hours before. I'm getting nervous now. What time is your surgery? I'm at 9. :-/

I so hope I don't have to do the pre-op liquid diet. I meet with surgeon on Thursday so I will find out then. I'm down 6 of the twelve he wants. Really have to buckle down this week and loose the next 6. Surgery sept 25.

Hi Justine. (been wanting to say hi to you for a while, Justine is my daughters name!) have you known for a while you only have to do 48 hours or was this prescribed because you lost what was requested? I so hope I don't have to do two weeks liquid.

We have the same surgery date.

Are you having your sleeve done at thru Kaiser?

So am I. But my dr. doesn't require a liquid diet.

Which Kaiser are you having yours done at?
