I found some at Target. I suspect other clothing stores sell them too.

I found mine at WalMart. Lane Bryant and JC Penny had some too but more expensive.

Also you can buy spandex cloth and make your own. I did finally, although I will be revamping it soon.

The cheapest place I have found Spanx is at Nordstroms Rack at Ontario Mills. They are like $9.00. Awesome deal!!!
